Kew Green will offer virtual meetings across the whole estate

Kew Green Hotels Streaming Packages in Partnership with Sounds Commercial

Kew Green Hotels have partnered with Sounds Commercial in order to deliver a Hybrid meetings solution that will offer virtual meetings across the whole Kew Green estate.

Kew Green Hotels have found a trusted and reliable AV partner in Sounds Commercial, who draw from 33 years’ experience and the latest technology to provide every aspect of your virtual event experience. This is the only exclusive partnership Sounds Commercial have entered into with a hotel group in all of their years of experience.

With Virtual Events being the new norm for people during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Kew Green Hotels has acknowledged that this has changed the way people meet forever. The latest statistics show that 78% of workers use web conferencing tools for team meetings, with 67% more likely to contribute to meetings in a virtual environment. With this in mind, Kew Green wanted to offer their meetings and events spaces to create dynamic and engaging events for their clients, with the help of the experts at Sounds Commercial. With an understanding of the complexities and challenges that virtual events can present, Kew Green Hotels’ aim is to take the stress away from their clients and achieve unique, memorable events.

Targeting small meetings of 20 people up to large events for 100+ delegates, Kew Green Hotels, along with the experts at Sounds Commercial, are offering live streaming solutions for hybrid meetings and events. In doing this, the organisation’s clients will be able to broadcast live to their wider business, record and share their meetings post-event and provide analytics that will cover a wide range of reports and insights. On top of this, bespoke set designs and green screen options will also be offered as standard within the Hybrid/Virtual meetings packages.

The next steps for this innovative solution will see the sales teams at Kew Green Hotels go through the process of extensive training, giving them the knowledge and confidence they need to capture this business and pro-actively market the solution to clients. A PR campaign will be launched in order to communicate this out to the organisation’s markets and ensuring all third-party partners work with them to promote the news to their databases.

Michael Lee, Head of National Sales, said: “We are incredibly excited to be able to provide this solution to all of our clients across our portfolio. In striking this partnership with industry leading experts in this field, Sounds Commercial, ensures Kew Green Hotels continues to evolve our meetings and events offerings in line with the new normal that we have found ourselves in, as well as be able to meet the needs of our customers in a new, modern way.”
