Kew Green have a very experienced food and beverage support function who deliver quality and consistency in line with budget across the portfolio.
We develop concepts not only for events such as conferences, weddings and banqueting, but also implement bespoke restaurant concepts for a number of our hotels to meet market demands and drive revenue.
A number of industry leading initiatives have been implemented into our hotels which:
- Provide points of difference versus competitor hotels and brands
- Improve operating margins
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Deliver a consistent quality offer
- Ensure we comply with all health and safety requirements
Our own mystery diner programme, along with Customer Satisfaction Tracking schemes, monitor compliance and service delivery. We regularly review hotels for food quality, hygiene and brand compliance to ensure we deliver to the highest standards.
We actively train all of our staff and run our own Chef School to develop our leading talents and upskill our teams. Our proprietary service training programmes help our teams to maximise up-selling opportunities, whilst delivering service excellence
Alongside delivery of in-hotel food and beverage, we have also developed restaurant concepts for specific hotel markets, such as Stock Burger Co. at Holiday Inn Brighton – Seafront. This ensure we are able to gain great guest satisfaction from both in-hotel guests and within the wider market.
