Alex PritchardChief Executive Officer

Alex was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2016, with responsibility for all commercial and operational aspects of the business. Previously, as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Alex led the operational team through a number of acquisitions, delivering superb results. He has risen through Kew Green having joined as a General Manager in 2004 and earlier worked in a number of GM roles across Holiday Inn and Marriott hotels. Alex has big ambitions for Kew Green and believes in keeping great customer service, investment in people and strong returns for investors at the heart of his leadership.

Jamie LambExecutive Chairman

Jamie joined Kew Green as the company’s first employee at its inception in 2002. A Chartered Accountant, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and in 2016 was appointed Executive Chairman. He has led Kew Green through a period of rapid growth, culminating in the successful sale of the company to the China National Travel Service Group Corporation. Jamie is responsible for the daily running of the business including strategy, development, investor and brand relations, as well as overseeing property, finance and IT procurement. He is passionate about the business and growing Kew Green Hotels to achieve its full potential.

Business Development 

Nick O’KeeffeDirector of Business Development

Nick joined Kew Green in 2012 and leads all aspects of the business’ portfolio expansion across the UK and into Europe, with abundant experience in hotel investment and development advisory roles. Nick previously worked for PKF and DTZ across EMEA, acting on behalf of investors, developers, banks and operators on a range of projects from limited service through to luxury hotel real estate, including both branded and non-branded assets. Excited about new opportunities available to Kew Green through management contracts, development and direct acquisition, Nick is dedicated to delivering growth for the company.

Managed Properties 

Graham NorrisManaging Director of Managed Properties

In his role as Managing Director, Graham is responsible for overseeing the managed hotels in Kew Green’s portfolio. In this role, and previously as Operations Director, he has managed and led numerous hotel openings as well as rebrands, conversions and takeovers with both branded and unbranded hotels. Graham is a consummate professional and has extensive experience across all aspects of the industry. He joined Kew Green in 2014, having worked with all forms of stakeholders from banks and third party owners, to 5* properties and Michelin star food and beverage outlets.

Financial Management 

Stephen DesmondGroup Finance Director

As Group Finance Director, Stephen is responsible for the financial integrity of Kew Green, overseeing corporate governance, treasury management and working closely with China National Travel Service Group Corporation through the integration of our financial platforms. Stephen is a qualified accountant with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for privately owned self-accounting properties, as well as large publically-listed hotel groups. Stephen joined Kew Green in 2004 and has extensive experience across all facets of hotel finance, including multi-national subsidiaries, enabling him to hold the most senior finance roles. Astute and meticulous, Stephen is integral to the financial development and stability of Kew Green.

Human Resources 

Ros HardimanDirector of Human Resources

Ros re-joined Kew Green in 2016, having originally set up and managed the HR function from 2005 to 2010. During her years away from the group Ros worked for a number of luxury operators including Wentworth Club, Kensington’s Royal Garden Hotel and the Gordon Ramsay Group, as well as large multi-site leisure operators. Ros is renowned for being commercial, resilient and a high level strategist in addition to being a confident and an enthusiastic communicator. She is passionate about raising the profile of the hospitality and leisure industry as a diverse and worthwhile career choice and driving career development opportunities for Kew Green employees.

Property Management 

Andrew BarrettDirector of Property

Andrew has worked within property and project management both nationally and internationally, across a variety of brands including those in the Marriott, GLH and Principal Hayley families. A Chartered Engineer, he became Director of Property at Kew Green in 2016 with responsibility for managing a wide array of refurbishment and development projects across the estate. Andrew has previously been involved in the creation of hotel brand technical specifications for bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas and worked at TDA Capital leading its 5* asset development and acquisitions projects across Europe. Andrew brings a highly focussed and strategic approach to property management.


Justin AndrewsDirector of Leisure

Joining Kew Green in 2014, Justin oversees the strategic direction and commercial operations of all leisure clubs in our hotels. Justin worked in management for local authority leisure facilities before moving to New Zealand as Fitness Director for a large chain of clubs. In the UK he has held various posts in the health club industry, including UK and Ireland Operations Manager for Spirit Health Clubs with Intercontinental Hotel Group. Once owning a surf company specialising in hand-crafted retro longboards, Justin’s ambitions are now to create industry leading and award-winning hotel leisure clubs, in between finding time to catch the occasional wave.


Neil SewellManaging Director of Owned Hotels

Neil was appointed Managing Director in 2017 with responsibility for overseeing all operational aspects of our owned properties in the southern region, as well as overseeing our Directors of Operations. During his role as Operations Director for the limited service hotels within Kew Green’s portfolio, he supported newly recruited hotel managers to develop their talents into General Managers for full service hotels. Neil first joined Kew Green as a General Manager in 2004. He is a charismatic leader who excels at empowering people to deliver their best.


Stephen WoodhouseDirector of Operations – Hong Kong

Appointed as Operations Director – Hong Kong in 2017, Stephen runs operations for 7 managed properties in Asia from our satellite office. He joined Kew Green in 2014 as Operations Director – Central, having formerly been Operations Director at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. Having worked in country clubs and boutique properties, as well as large hotels in both London and the provinces, Stephen has a wealth of experience in the industry. He began his career in hospitality aged 19 after retiring from football. Stephen’s goals now centre on guest satisfaction and team development in the hotels, with his management skills ensuring nothing strays offside.


Anaël PeuGroup Revenue, Technology and Analytics Director

Anaël joined Kew Green in 2013 as Director of Revenue, responsible for Revenue Optimisation, Commercial Analytics and Reservation Services. He has been instrumental in implementing the Commercial Hub at Kew Green, a central sales, revenue and reservation office. Previously Anaël provided Revenue Management support and consulting to the franchise community at IHG Europe and supported the IHG commercial marketing team for Europe. After graduating, he worked in France and Sydney before relocating to London. Ambitious, dynamic and competitive, Anaël enjoys running marathons. He leads his team with a strong focus on results and has a keen sense for future trends that will affect the industry and revenue discipline.


Joanna FisherGroup Sales & Marketing Director

Joanna joined Kew Green in 2015 and brought with her a wealth of sales knowledge built up throughout her career with companies including IHG, Starwood, Ramada Jarvis, GLH and The Ascott Group. At Kew Green, Joanna has pioneered a new sales structure as part of the creation of the Commercial Hub, Kew Green’s central sales, revenue and reservation office. Joanna believes in inspiring her team to find solutions both strategically and on the ground, to deliver profit through sales across all segments of our business.

Food & Beverage Operations 

Matthew CollinsDirector of Food & Beverage - Operations

Matthew joined Kew Green in 2005. As Director of Food & Beverage -
Operations his responsibilities include health and safety, procurement, food and beverage, events and chef recruitment. From Executive Chef to General Manager and Group F&B Manager for Corus Hotels, Matthew has held many positions in the F&B arena, making him perfectly placed for the role. Driven by a desire for operational excellence and efficiency, Matthew is constantly striving to improve Kew Green’s F&B offering.


Louise DoddDirector of Operations - North West

Joining Kew Green in 2014 as a hotel General Manager, Louise has risen through the ranks to become Director of Operations in 2017, overseeing a number of hotels in the north west. Prior to Kew Green, Louise worked with operators including Intercontinental Hotel Group, where she led her award-winning hotel to sit as one of IHG’s top ten performing properties in the UK&I. She also worked as a Regional Revenue Manager for nine hotels and set up a Central Reservations Office. Louise is a keen advocate of developing employees’ skills and brings strong and consistent operational experience to the senior team.


Suzanne BushDirector of Operations - North East

Having worked for Kew Green since 2004 as a General Manager with a reputation for turning around poorly performing properties, Suzanne was appointed Director of Operations in 2017, responsible for a number of hotels in the north east. Having previously worked for Marriott and Swallow hotels, she has successfully led her teams through the rebranding process. Suzanne is proud to have developed a number of Kew Green’s current General Managers and is passionate about people engagement, believing it is the key to delivering outstanding results.


Michael LyonsDirector of Operations - Central

Michael joined the Kew Green team in 2017 from IHG where he had served as Director - Europe Operations UK&I, previously as Hotel Performance Support Director and in a number of GM roles. Prior to IHG Michael worked for Thistle, Hilton and Hyatt Hotel groups in a range of management roles covering housekeeping and F&B. In his role as Operations Director – Central at Kew Green, Michael has responsibility for 14 hotels, as well as supporting the overall company mission and growth. Michael excels at building long-term working relationships and supporting others in their careers. He is a focussed, passionate and driven leader.

Food & Beverage 

Dean CrewsGroup Executive Chef

Dean was appointed Group Executive Chef in 2017, having been involved in the hospitality sector for over 19 years. He has previously held senior roles in 4 and 5 star establishments and group roles across multiple segments, multi rosette and Michelin star restaurants. Dean has a wealth of experience with start-ups and hotels undergoing brand change, repositioning and upscaling F&B. These projects have seen Dean work with Chatsworth House, the National Trust and the Duke of Rutland Estate to institute a fresh approach in established properties. He is passionate about food and enjoys bringing together creativity and innovation to deliver great customer experience.
