Terms and conditions

  • All rates and room types are subject to availability
  • Free upgrade is available on bookings up to and including 3rd January 2021 (subject to availability)
  • Rates include a breakfast option (subject to change at each hotel)
  • Kids stay free up to the age of 18 (max 2 per stay) and kids eat free up to the age of 12 with a paying adult (one free child per one paying adult)
  • To make a booking, please complete the booking form by clicking here and complete all required information. If any information is missing, your booking will not be confirmed
  • Your booking request will act as confirmation once the booking has been made and a confirmation number provided. All employees must call the hotel within 48 hours of receiving a confirmation number to guarantee the room(s) with a credit/debit card
  • All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4pm on the day prior to arrival. Bookings not cancelled within this time frame or no-shows, will be charged in full
  • Free upgrade will be honoured subject to availability and the upgrade matching your desired room type preference. If you do not specify a room type preference, this will be automatically assigned and you will be given the best available room on the day of check-in
  • You can book a maximum of 2 rooms on the employee rate but one of the rooms must be occupied by a current Kew Green employee to qualify. The room occupied by the Kew Green employee will be entitled to a free upgrade, the second room is subject to availability
  • We will check all employees employment status before making a booking, only current employees of Kew Green are entitled to book the discounted rate
  • All employees are entitled 50% off food and beverage during your stay. This will be deducted from your bill at check-out. To qualify for the discount, please charge food and beverage to your room
  • You will be required to provide a pre-authorisation of a credit/debit card on check-in to make any charges to your room
  • Our hotels have selected dog friendly rooms available which are subject to availability. 
  • Dog friendly rooms will be charged an additional £10 per dog, per night with the exception of assistance dogs which are free of charge
  • Dogs listed on the dangerous dogs list are not permitted within our hotels
