On Thursday 30th November the St John’s Hotel in Solihull was acquired from Principal Hotels by CL Capital, a Singapore based fund manager, and Kew Green have been appointed as Managers. The hotel will be operated as a leading independent hotel whilst capital plans are finalised for 2018.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the market town of Solihull and provides 180 en-suite bedrooms, plus extensive conference and banqueting facilities for up to 700 delegates, making it a perfect destination for corporate events and weddings. The hotel also has a large fitness suite and extensive car parking, with a location that is well-connected and easily accessible by all forms of transport.
Kew Green Hotels have been appointed as Managers of the hotel from Thursday 30th November and Graham Norris, Managing Director of Managed Properties, commented that the company is “excited to be working on the second hotel with this Owner and we look forward to working with them and the hotel team, to develop the property further”.
Nick O’Keeffe, Director of Business Development, also stated that “this is a further addition to our managed hotel estate, which we continue to grow with our partners and look forward to further additions in 2018”.
