Kew Green Hotels retain Holiday Inn Birmingham-Walsall M6 Jct.10 management contract.

Holiday Inn Birmingham-Walsall M6 Jct.10 has been sold by Canada Life Ltd to CL Capital an Asia-based investment fund.

Specialist business property advisory firm Christie & Co handled the sale on behalf of Canada Life Ltd who rebranded the hotel as a Holiday Inn in 2011.

The hotel has 156 bedrooms and is well located with excellent transport links nationally. The property has undergone extensive refurbishment, including investment in bedrooms and public areas. The hotel also features high-quality leisure facilities including a swimming pool as well as meetings and corporate conference facilities.

Though the hotel is now under different ownership, Kew Green Hotels has retained the management contract of the property providing industry-leading operations, revenue management and financial management expertise.
