Though the hotel is now under different ownership, Kew Green Hotels has retained the management contract of the property providing industry-leading operations, revenue management and financial management expertise.
Alex Campbell, Director at Christie & Co comments, “The Holiday Inn Birmingham-Walsall M6, Jct. 10 presented an ideal opportunity for an investor or operator to acquire a freehold hotel subject to a franchise agreement with one of the world’s leading hotel brands. We received strong interest from domestic and international investors for the property, highlighting the demand for strongly performing hotels in the UK regional markets.”
Nick O’Keeffe, Director of Business Development at Kew Green commented, “We have had a great relationship with Canada life, delivering the rebranding of Holiday Inn Walsall in 2011, and we now look forward to working with the assets’ new owners, CL Capital”.
