Kew Green celebrates 10 years of innovative employee development programmes.

Kew Green launched its first Fast Track Management Programme in 2006 when the company ran just 15 hotels. Our Fast Track Programme is designed to identify talented people within the business and progress them into General Management roles as the company expanded.

Over the years we have handpicked the rising stars and supported them through a varied programme of training modules, project work and secondments under the watchful eye of their senior leadership mentors.

This exclusive programme has helped over 30 managers to achieve the next step in their career.

Building on the success of Fast Track, the Green Shoots Programme was launched in 2013. Green Shoots is targeted at team members and is designed to help them attain a first-time supervisory/management role.

We have recently celebrated the graduation of the Green Shoots class of 2016 and look forward to their continued career success with Kew Green. Ian Byrne, Group Learning and Development Manager said; “It has given me immense satisfaction to see how this year’s group has grown in skills and confidence over the past year.
