Kew Green was amongst the award winners at the recent annual IHG Revenue Management conference, held in London. The evening was a chance for IHG to reward individuals and teams from the IHG family across Europe for their outstanding performance and contribution to the Revenue Management community.
The Kew Green Revenue team was victorious and took home the prestigious Revenue Team of the year award in recognition of the re-engineering of our reservation functions and the implementation of the Commercial Hub which combine our Regional Revenue Team, our newly formed Reservation Services Team and our newly formed Performance and Analytics team working alongside our National and Central Sales teams ensuring 360 communication for all commercial aspects and resulting in maximised conversion, revenue generation and market penetration.
In addition to this award, we are also celebrating the success of maintaining 7/7 in IHG’s Winning Metrics across the estate year to date in 2017. These rigorous metrics are implemented to drive and reward best practice in key focus areas.
