Dynamic and people-powered, our Food and Beverage teams bring a fresh approach to dining concepts across our portfolio. We’re experienced operators that understand how to delight our guests, whether they are visiting one of our branded or independent hotels, a large conference destination or a wedding venue.

We develop and implement a unique blend of concepts for events including conferences, weddings and banqueting, as well as delivering bespoke restaurant concepts for a number of our hotels. We created the ever-popular Stock Burger Co. at Holiday Inn Brighton – Seafront, Cow on the Hill at Holiday Inn Rotherham-Sheffield and our open kitchen at In The Wings at Holiday Inn London- Shepperton. 

All things are considered in our approach to delivering industry-leading concepts to meet market demands, drive revenue and deliver within budget. 

Socially Conscious

Agility is our strength and we’re always adapting to changes in customer behaviour, whether that’s increasing vegan menu items, only offering in-season produce or committing to serving a local beer in all of our hotels by the end of 2022, we’re delivering a more conscious approach to Food & Beverage operations.

We’re all 'people’s people' and have excellent connections with our suppliers from a global to local level. We’re working closely with our networks to support local suppliers and working with our larger suppliers to start to develop micro-hubs, all helping to reduce our footprint.
