Our in-house human resources and training activities are tailor-made according to the needs of the business, our job roles and individual employees. We offer a variety of learning opportunities with a particular focus on leadership development to support managers at all levels in achieving a consistent approach to the way we lead our people. In addition to this we work closely with our brand partners to drive guest service standards throughout our business and with a range of external training providers to ensure other business and statutory requirements are met. Our training programmes are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that they continue to support our organizational development needs and conform to current requirements.
