Our Management Team

Kew Green Hotels has a senior management team with a combined industry experience of over one hundred years.

Alex Pritchard
Director of Operations

Alex has over ten years experience in the hospitality industry. During his career Alex was based in Dubai for two years with Le Meridien and returned to the UK in 2000 to work with hotel brands such as Swallow, Marriott and Holiday Inn. During his time with these brands Alex worked his way through a number of operational positions including various General Manager roles. Alex has been with Kew Green for the past 5 years and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

Anne-Marie Hipkiss
Director of Revenue Management

Anne-Marie has over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry, within a broad range of operational and revenue management roles. Specialising in revenue management for the past fifteen years Anne-Marie has worked with brands such as Marriott, Whitbread and Travelodge Hotels covering London city centre, key provincial and country club resorts. Anne-Marie has set and implemented successful revenue strategies across all revenue streams. Working for Kew Green Hotels Anne-Marie has opened new hotels and strategically managed the existing portfolios.

Darlene Agnew
Director of Sales & Marketing

Darlene has over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry, initially in an operational role for thirteen years then specialising in sales. During her career Darlene has worked for a number of branded Hotel companies including Hilton, Moat House Hotels and Intercontinental Hotel Group. Recently working with franchisee companies such as; Somerston, BDL and Kew Green. She has extensive experience in opening new properties and maximising sales across the hotel group, dealing in both corporate and leisure sectors.

Sarah Fountain
Director of Human Resources

Sarah has over 16 years’ experience in both the hotel and retail industries having worked for well-known brands such as IHG, Corus & Regal, Swallow and Woolworths.  With a strong background in both operational and strategic HR, Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge around people engagement, performance and development.  Sarah joined Kew Green in January 2011 after 7 years as UK Director of Training & Development for IHG.

Kris Legg
Group Property Manager

Kris has worked in the construction sector for eleven years with his specialism being Retail & Leisure. He has experience with fast track expansion programmes working on T-Mobile & Fitness First’s campaigns in addition to working for SSP UK the world’s largest multi site & brand catering organisation.

Matthew Collins
Group Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Matthew was previously Regional Food and Beverage Manager for Corus Hotels where he was responsible for the southern region including the restaurant partnership based in London. His previous experiences include various General Manager roles within Corus Hotels and before this various positions with Hilton Hotels including Executive Chef in three of their properties. Matthew has over twenty years experience in the hotel industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Kew Green Hotels.
