Days Hotel
Days Inn / Hotel is one of the leading ‘Limited Service’ hotel brands in the world with over 1,800 units in the USA and 30 currently in the UK. The brand is owned by Wyndham Corporation, who have stated their desire to aggressively roll the brand out in the UK.
In physical terms, the Days Hotel product is similar to Express, positioned at the top end of the limited service hotel segment. The brand operates the same quality systems in terms of regular audits and mystery shopper programmes.
The Days Hotel allows KGH a greater degree of flexibility than is the case under the Express brand including:
- Provision of cooked breakfasts and a full restaurant service in the evening.
- ‘Work zone rooms’ with larger desks and enhanced facilities for business clients.

Courtyard by Marriott
The Courtyard brand by Marriott is operated across 630 hotels in 17 countries and is positioned in the premium limited service market.
The customer focus is predominately on business travellers.
The Courtyard brand offers KGH an excellent opportunity as a high quality, internationally known brand with strong loyalty reward programs.
