Kew Green Hotels is led by a central team of two directors who between them have over thirty years of accumulated leisure management experience.
Paul Johnson, CEO
Paul is a Founding Director of Kew Green Hotels where he has overseen the growth of the company from a start up to 23 hotels during the past ten years. Paul has a background in the leisure sector having worked in senior Sales and Marketing positions for Welcome Break Group, Budget Rent a Car, Radisson Edwardian Hotels and Hilton International. Paul was shortlisted for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2007 and 2009 and was part of the ‘Management Team of The Year’.
Jamie Lamb, CFO
Jamie is a qualified Chartered Accountant with twenty years of experience within the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. Jamie worked for Grant Thornton and Arthur Andersen specialising in hospitality, leisure and retail and then for Marks and Spencer and BHS. Jamie joined Kew Green at inception in 2002 and was part of the ‘Management Team of The Year’ at the Sunday Times Fast-track Awards in 2006.
