Kew Green Hotels was formed in September 2001 to operate high quality limited and full service branded hotels in prime locations throughout the UK. The company now operates 23 hotels in key cities including London, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Milton Keynes and Reading. Most of the hotels are operated under franchise agreements with some of the world’s leading hotel brands including Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, Days Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott and Ramada. We also manage the Richmond Hill Hotel, a four star unbranded Georgian hotel in West London.

The company operates hotels under a variety of funding models including freehold ownership, leases, joint ventures with financial institutions and management contracts. The company is backed by Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Ventures and Caird Capital. The senior management team own 45% of the share capital.
Kew Green Hotels has a strong management team to support the hotels with specialists in Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance and Management accounting, Facilities Management, Human Resources and Training, Food and Beverage and Health and Safety compliance.
Over the years, the company has won many awards in recognition of the operational excellence we strive for and is the current holder in 2012 of Hotel of The Year for Holiday Inn EMEA and Hotel of The Year for Days Hotel EMEA.
