Kew Green Hotels was formed in September 2001 to operate high quality full and limited service hotels under brand franchises in prime locations throughout the UK. Our Hotels are located in key cities such as Liverpool, Leeds, Milton Keynes, Coventry and London. We also have prime location airport hotels at Gatwick, Luton and Stansted. Recently we have successfully moved into the management of unbranded independent hotels.
Kew Green Hotels currently operate at 21 hotels across the UK under 5 major brands; Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Days Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott. We also operate Richmond Hill Hotel, a four star property in South West London.

The company is owned and run by high energy individuals with extensive management experience in the hospitality industry.
The company currently operates its hotels under a mixture of operating lease and joint venture and freehold ownership structures. As a private business we have the flexibility of working under multiple ownership models.
Kew Green Hotels is backed by the Bank of Scotland and Moorfield Group, a specialist property finance company who hold a number of diverse property related investments.
Kew Green Hotels is expanding our hotel portfolio through the addition of further operating leases, freehold site purchases or acquisitions of small branded / unbranded hotel chains. The company is also able to offer a range of management contract services from standard turnover and profit contracts to part equity joint ventures.
